The factories of ROCHE in Spain cover about 150 dunams, which include production buildings and quality laboratories. The factory operates 24 hours a day to keep up with the orders of Baron hats, intended for the ultra-orthodox public in Israel and around the world.

During the tour of the factory, between the innovative automatic machines and the manual production line, you can see that every production worker is a very talented craftsman. Wearing a hat is a simple thing, but making it is a long and complex journey. For the production of the hat, high-quality rabbit furs from different countries in the world are needed.

To create a high-quality felt, a process of sorting the felt fibers is carried out using advanced electronic equipment, which separates the fibers and creates a unique mixture that will ensure a durable and pleasant to the touch felt. After the felt is prepared, cones of different diameters are created that are attached to each other using massive air pressure, thus matching the diameter of the hat to the standard head in all sizes.

After preparing the structure of the hat, it goes through dyeing, designing and sewing the ribbon with the unique logo of the ROCHE company, which respects everyone who wears it. Obviously, anyone who wears it will know which hat to buy.
